Responsibilities:
Ensure children have physical and dental exams completed in a timely manner
Manage children immunization records to ensure they are current
Provide health and safety education for children, parents, and staff
CPR(Adult/Infant & Child) and Standard/Pediatric First Aid Trainer for Head Start employees

Provides training assistance to have proficient food service personnel

Provides food in a safe and sanitary manner

Provides nutrition education for staff and parents

Menu planning, CACFP required forms, paperwork (review)

Facility Reviews, Center’s Monitoring, Cooks Evaluation

Food Bids/Procurements/Awarding food/milk bids to vendors
